Day 1: Arrive Johannesburg
Arrive on your international flight into this vibrant and modern city. You are greeted at the airport and escorted to your luxurious accommodation for the next two nights. The evening can be enjoyed at your leisure.

Day 2: Apartheid and Modern Life
Johannesburg’s Townships provide the opportunity to learn firsthand the background and detail of apartheid. From Alexandria’s lean-to streets to Soweto, the “city within a city” to the Apartheid Museum this full-day tour is gripping and fundamental to experiencing and understanding the influence of apartheid in South Africa.

Day 3: Remarkable Game Drives
Fly to your vast private concession in the Okavango Delta, the largest inland delta in the world. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure with a choice of game-viewing activities, such as a seasonal mokoro (dugout canoe) ride on the delta or a nighttime game-viewing drive, made possible on this private reserve. The next morning, continue with your choice of activities. Set off on a thrilling, guided game drive in a customized 4x4 vehicle or a bush walk in the company of an armed, expert guide, on the lookout for giraffes, hippos, lions, and cheetahs.

Day 4: Predator Capital
Widely acknowledged as the “Predator Capital of the World,” this area offers some of the most exciting game viewing in Africa and is one of the best places in Botswana to see the country’s “Big Five.” Continue to take advantage of game-viewing activities led by experienced driver-guides or enjoy the vistas from your own private viewing deck. Unwind after your safari, perhaps relaxing by the pool or browsing the camp library.

Day 5: Wetlands & Wildlife
Depart on another spectacular early morning game drive. Beyond predators, the Okavango Delta draws large concentrations of elephants, buffalo, red lechwes, giraffes and impalas. Enjoy a seasonal mokoro ride for a rare safari opportunity across deceptively quiet marshlands alive with crocodiles, bathing hippos, birds and tiny red reed frogs. If you opt for an afternoon game drive, listen for roaring lions on the hunt or spy nocturnal animals as they start out for the night. After a full day of game viewing, return to your camp to relax and enjoy dinner.

Day 7: Victoria Falls
This morning, set out on a privately guided walking tour of breathtaking Victoria Falls, one of the natural wonders of the world. Take in magnificent rainbows and towering clouds of mist as the mile-wide span of the Zambezi tumbles 300 feet down to the frothing chasm below. This afternoon, enjoy a shared game drive into Zambezi National Park, keeping a lookout for the rainforest’s abundant wildlife.

Day 8: Kruger National Park – Sabi Sands
Today you are transferred to the airport to board your flight bound for South Africa’s iconic Sabi Sand Game Reserve, an area renowned for its diversity and concentration of big game. Settle into your luxury safari lodge and enjoy an afternoon game drive and the remainder of the evening at leisure.

Day 9: The Big Five
Set along the boulder-strewn banks of the Sand River in Singita’s privately owned reserve within Sabi Sand in South Africa, Singita Boulders Lodge has a unique sense of place and seamlessly merges the light, shapes and mood of its environment. Spend the next two days exploring this storied private reserve as you see fit. Morning game drives in this secluded section of the bushveld often afford particularly frequent sightings. You may also opt to explore the bush on foot with expert guides and trackers, keeping watch for Africa’s famed “Big Five.”

On your second day at leisure in the reserve, continue to check off your safari sightings list with afternoon and evening game drives, or explore the lodge’s other amenities as you cool off in your private plunge pool, enjoy a glass of fine wine from the lodge’s extensive cellar, stargaze or keep watch for big game right from your veranda.
