Enjoy a memorable landing into Kilimanjaro International Airport as you pass the peak of the highest mountain in Africa. Upon arrival a VIP representative will meet you at the sleeve/jetway of the plane. He will facilitate passport control procedures, luggage identification and escort you through customs to your awaiting driver for the transfer to the Arusha Coffee Lodge. After breakfast, enjoy a ‘bean-to-cup’ tour of the coffee plantation to see the full journey to see how coffee is grown, harvested, dried and then produced to drink. You will then fly over the Great Rift Valley to Manyara, where you are met by your private driver who will take you to the rim of Ngorongoro Crater where you will spend the next two nights staying at the Ngorongoro Crater Lodge. The suites all provide incomparable views across the caldera floor where there is an abundance of wildlife to be found. This afternoon, you will head out on your first game drive. You may encounter the endangered Black Rhino, you are likely to see leopards and black-maned lions plus the many flamingos that enjoy the soda waters of Lake Magadi.

Wake up early in order to enjoy a sunrise morning game drive in the crater. Make sure to have your cameras ready, and your eyes on alert as your guide brings you up close to incredible wildlife in their natural habitat. There are several other experiences you can enjoy today, including hiking, lunch banquet on the Crater floor, or an in-room massage. The cooler air found at sunset means another great opportunity while on a game drive to encounter wildlife.

This morning enjoy your last sunrise at the Crater, and perhaps head out on a game drive or hike. You will then transfer to the Manyara Airstrip for your flight to the Sasakwa Airstrip located in the finest wildlife sanctuary in the world, the Serengeti National Park. You will check into the Singita Grumeti for your three night stay on the grounds of the Grumeti Game Reserve. Overlooking the banks of the Grumeti River, the Singita Lodge is an exceptional safari retreat to experience the iconic Serengeti.

This morning head out on a game drive to explore the Serengeti up close. You are likely to see a great variety of wildlife including cheetah, bearded wildebeest, Maasai giraffe, lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and the rare Colobus monkey. Depending on the time of year, you may have a chance to witness the annual migration which includes 1 million wildebeest and 200,000 zebras moving through ancient instinct. This afternoon meet your expert guide and tracker who will lead you on a safari experience by foot on a bush walk. A unique way to interact with the wilderness and landscape of the Serengeti.

Singita Grumeti

This morning you will enjoy a sunrise balloon safari as you silently drift across the Serengeti over the plains filled with grazing animals. It will provide you a unique and very memorable perspective on the world of the Serengeti stretching out in all directions. This afternoon you will enjoy a sunset game drive, complete with sundowner cocktails set up in the Serengeti where you can reflect on the majesty of the setting.

This morning you will depart from the Sasakwa Airstrip to fly across the border to Kenya to the Tarime Airstrip. You will clear customs and immigration before continuing on to the Masai Mara where you will check into the Bateleur Camp for your three-night stay. Set in the forest at the rim of the Great Rift Valley in Kenya’s iconic Masai Mara National Reserve, the Bateleur Camp is a luxury experience which is annually rated once of the world’s finest safari properties.

Today begins with another sunrise game drive, as you wake up along with the animals as they seek out their own nourishment their local water source. During the day, you will enjoy the property which could include a swim in the infinity pool that overlooks the plains or you may get a massage service at the spa. For your final night, you will enjoy a special evening and dinner under the wide-open skies with a bush dinner. While dining by candlelight, you may hear nearby animals as they are eating or playing. As the skies darken further, the stars come out as bright as you’ve ever seen and its then you realize what a special place you are in, and what a special trip this has been.

Enjoy your final morning at the property which may include a bush walk or a final swim in the pool. You will take a brief flight to Nairobi airport, where you will then connect to your flight departing Kenya for your return home.
