GALAPAGOS / PERU BUCKET LIST TRIP

About This Project

We all had an amazing vacation and in the words of our kids – the vacation of a lifetime!

We could have never planned this trip on our own and appreciate your insight and assistance along the way! Working with you was so easy and everything worked out extremely well!

We had no major issues or concerns to report back to you because everything was so well managed. The travel agency in Peru took extremely good care of us – always arriving early and making sure we had everything we needed. When our flight to Lima was delayed by a few hours they made the appropriate changes to the day to accommodate the new schedule and our wishes. The guides were all excellent, knowledgeable, polite and very good English.

We didn’t have to think about logistics at all on this trip because everything was taken care of for us.

We had an issue with our room placement at the Belmond Rio Sagrado – They called us while on our bike ride, to tell us that the hotel would move our things to new rooms to make sure there were no further issues. After the bike ride, the hotel had done what they said and provided us with complimentary massages, champagne, and goodies to eat in our room. The next morning the manager met us as we were checking out and apologized again. This was really the only issue that came up throughout the entire trip and it was well handled very efficiently with little impact to our us!

We thank you again, but really wanted to write to let you know how well the trip went, how much we enjoyed it, and let you know how much we appreciate working with you! We will traveling to Spain and Italy next spring with friends on a cruise between Barcelona and Rome – we’ve been to Italy, but will probably need assistance in planning 5 days in Barcelona before the cruise begins. So, once we recover from this trip we will reach out to you!

I can’t tell you how much we appreciated everything you did to make sure this trip a great success or as my kids said a trip of a lifetime.
