50th Birthdays in Italy!

About This Project

Julie planned our trip to Italy to celebrate our 50th birthdays and we made so many great memories that will last a lifetime.

She arranged unique tours with the best guides.

We loved Nadia in Rome who let us change things up on the go and even joined us for a leisurely lunch when we wanted a rest. Francesca, who is one of only a few Jewish guides in Florence was fantastic. She was very informative and absolutely adorable!!! Joseph was our driver from Rome to Florence and then again for the wine tour…he was the best of the best. We were even guests of a family winery on our tour. They were an amazing family that went over the top for us! The food was homemade right in their tiny kitchen! Fantastic service and tons of fun!

We loved Julie’s off-the-beaten-path restaurant recommendations where we felt like one of Mama’s big Italian family. The hotels were fantastic and because of Julie’s great relationships with the owners and managers we were upgraded to beautiful rooms in Tuscany.

Mike said that if anything happened to me you could find him in Florence! I am sure we will return again someday. We’ve already started plans for a trip to London with Amaze Travel and our next plan after that is to have them plan a trip to Sicily!!!
