This trip was not only our first time to Europe but also to celebrate a special birthday and start checking off my bucket list. I do have to say that Jim listened to everything we said we wanted to do or see; and to me it seemed that he had the insight to book service for us when we might need it most and at other times we used local transportation which was excellent. Also, I have to say that I was very pleased with the tour services used in all of the countries. The tour guides were educated, factual, interesting and most of all fun….
 
 

Last but not least Jim was wonderful, available and very patient with us..
